A little over-due, but oh so cute!!
Cyndea took these right before she had her baby (I think that actual morning...but I may be wrong). So yes, these are a little late getting on the blog. What an adorable little munchkin he is! I love how newborns can go from super serious to so smiley...

This just makes me want to go wake up my little munchkin from her nap and hold her.....ok, maybe not. We don't mess around when it comes to napping here. But man, is he cute!

Winn was so much fun to take pictures of! When the cameras came out he would totally snap into action! He was clapping and laughing throughout most of the session which made it fun and definitely entertaining. It was awesome! Here are some of my favs of the little cutie....
It looks like we told him what to do in these pics....but he actually did it on his own. What a natural!

Sweet pic with Mama.

Don't you wanna just squeeze him?!!

And off he goes...

Had to end on one of my favorite pics. It makes me laugh every time I look at it. Can we say future model?! What a poser! :)

Could he be any cuter? I think not! Thanks Winn for being such a fun shoot!

I've got to say photographing the day your nephew is born is right up there at the top of favorite photography experiences. It's such an exciting day....ESPECIALLY when you don't know if it's going to be a boy or girl. Neither of us have ever found out the sex early. And I know I never will. The surprise is just too fun....as well as letting the dads proudly announce it to everyone. I know they love having that important job when the rest of the day is centered around mom and baby. It's pretty cool watching them walk out the door with that huge smile. I love it. Call me sentimental, but I'm a sucker for those moments in life.
I also love that my husband and my dad were betting on their guesses right before Case was born :)

Me and one of my FOUR nephews! Can't I ever get a niece? :) ....for Hallie's sake!

More great photos to come of cute Baby Tripp! Cyndea took these right before she had her baby (literally). But I'll be posting them for her soon while she's MIA for a few weeks enjoying her "maternity leave".

Case Henry Sampson was born at
11:41am....weighing 8 lbs 9 oz and 20 3/4 inches in length. He looks
just like his big brother and everyone is doing great!
And yes, I'm a proud aunt already blogging less than 2 hours after he was born :)

Tripp Joseph Pazera was born on Monday, April 12. There are not many things as amazing and exciting as welcoming a new baby into the world. I feel very blessed to have gotten the opportunity to be there and capture some of these special moments.

What a cute little face! He seriously came out perfect! You know all brand new babies are cute in their own way, but Tripp was born looking like he was a few days old already...adorable!
Brooke and Mike are dear friends and we could not be happier for them. Seeing them with their son is so awesome! What a gift from the Lord! Congrats to the Pazera family.

Brooke and Mike eagerly await his arrival.

Still waiting! He took his time :).

Finally he's here! First family photo.

The grandparents couldn't have been prouder. It was fun to watch them welcome the first grandchild on both sides of the family.

Gotta love the Mommy and Daddy pics.!

There is nothing like living in a small town and enjoying it's crazy and often random traditions. The neighborhood we live in here in Rockport is called Lamar. So it's only fitting that our neighborhood would have a LAMARdi Gras parade in honor of Mardi Gras. This was our first time to go to the parade, but I tell you that it will not be our last! Gage and his good friend, Merritt, had a blast watching all the "floats" and catching an insane amount of beads! These are just a few of our beads that we kept. Most of Gage's went to Merritt because Shane wasn't too excited about the idea of his son parading around wearing beads (haha).
Merritt LOVED the beads! She should have been the parade queen because I am pretty sure that she got the MOST attention there. How can you not think this little girl is the cutest thing ever?! She was a great sport the whole way through until it was an hour past nap-time and I was forcing a picture on her. She had reached her limit.....but I still snapped a pic. :)
If you are ever in Rockport on the Saturday before Mardi Gras, you should definitely check out the LAMARdi Gras parade. If not for the beads and candy, for the sheer entertainment of small town life. -Cyndea

This was actually Cyndea's shoot that I am blogging about. Why I'm doing it and not her....good question. Feel free to shoot her an email: cyndea@peacock-photography.com and ask her why she hasn't started blogging her own shoots :) Just kidding....still working out the kinks of having a business in two different cities.
Anyway, back to cute Merritt. I love that name, by the way. Her first outfit was awesome and so far from anything I know only having boy experience. But I got the biggest kick out of her frills. She was not too frilly though....she could flex her muscles better than most boys her age :) What a character! We had a great time playing with Merritt and her mom. How fun it must be to have a little girl!

I love the frill. It is so foreign to me only knowing boys at this point....and never being a girly-girl myself. But it is oh so cute! And this mama went all out on the frill! Cute little Merritt (awesome name, by the way) wore it well.
After a near-death experience with the mosquitoes of Rockport, we changed plans and did most of the shoot indoors. And Merritt was sooo incredibly easy-going and fun. She made our jobs easy (or should I say Cyndea's....since she actually shot 90% off these photos). More to come soon...
